Delivery and Returns
Delivery:
Israel Only, Orders over 300 Nis free delivery.
Delivery in Israel:
The shipping cost is 15 Nis by registered mail (Up to 14 business days)
or 35 Nis with a courier to the house
Processing the order after purchase can take up to about 5 business days.
Registered mail arrives at the local branch up to about two weeks after placing the order
Self Pickup
Can only be arranged in advance, from Tel Aviv.
International shipments
Eco Post - 50 NIS (14 - 21 business days)
Please note - International shipments may involve additional tax / customs payments after the shipment arrives in your country. We cannot control or predict these charges; it is the customer's responsibility to pay additional charges for customs clearance.
Package locator
All packages are sent by registered mail through Israel Post or by a courier. In any case we will send a tracking number to locate the package as soon as the shipment is out to delivery.
Returning items
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, it can be returned up to 7 days from the date of receipt, as long as it has not been used and the original label is attached to it. In order for us to make a refund you must present an invoice to prove purchase.
Return - Hickery Pickery Is not responsible for shipping costs when returning product
Replacement - It is possible to arrive in Tel Aviv by prior arrangement for a product replacement or with a shipping cost of 70 NIS (double delivery) when a courier will collect the product from you and deliver a replacement product.
The refund will be given by reducing the shipping fee - even in cases where the shipping was free of charge (free shipping).

Refund
After we receive the item back to us, we will send you an email and update you regarding the confirmation or rejection of the return.
If the refund is approved, a refund will be given according to the payment method according to which the purchase was made (reduced by shipping fees).

Items cannot be returned at sale prices
Payment via PayPal
You are not required to open a PayPal account to make a payment
PayPal also allows you to pay with your credit card even without registering
